The new BRESSER Weather Station 5-in-1 COLOUR combines a compact design with an extensive information service in a very unique way. The small-sized multifunctional outdoor sensor is very place-saving and can be placed almost everywhere. A pipe clamp and screws to mount it to a pole (tube diameter about 25-33 mm) as well as a stand are already included!
The 5-in-1 outdoor sensor transfers reliably the measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation amount to the main station. On the clearly structured display of the main station not only current values but also numerous of historical data can be displayed. This allows for the internal saving and evaluation of the measured values over a period of 24 hours. From the collected data the weather station determines a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is displayed on the screen by 6 graphical symbols. For maximum and minimum values an individual alert can be programmed which gives both an acoustical as well as a light signal when the predetermined value is reached. For outdoor temperatures below -3 °C a specific alert can be activated as frost / ice warning. A bad room climate often carries a health risk particularly for children and the elderly. The BRESSER 5-in-1 Weather Station provides a smart solution. The room climate indicator informs by means of symbols about the room climate. Furthermore the BRESSER Weather Station 5-in-1 disposes of a radio controlled time and date setting (DCF time signal). Just a few minutes after switching on the weather station the current Central European Time and the date with weekday are automatically set. An alarm clock with snooze function are also part of the scope of features. A new feature of this weather station is the colour change of the display when the outdoor temperature changes. Did you accidentally drop your 5-in-1 outdoor sensor during your last move or while replacing the batteries? Accidents such as these can easily happen. However, that's no reason to purchase a new BRESSER 5-in-1 professional weather centre. This replacement sensor allows you to restore all the functions of your existing base station. As usual, the sensor is easy to set up: simply insert 3 AA batteries (not included) and secure the sensor in a freely accessible location using the enclosed mounting materials. Once you've mounted the sensor, you just need to manually connect the old base station to the replacement outdoor sensor. To do this, hold down the SCAN button on the base station for approximately 2 seconds, and then press the reset button on the sensor. Wait a few moments until a signal is received, after which you will be able to view your local weather data. The base station will display the wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation. Particulate matter: invisible yet always present. In large amounts, these small particles in the air can be harmful to our respiratory system. With the BRESSER PM 2.5 / PM 10 particulate meter, you can take control of monitoring the air quality. The European limits and WHO recommendations for air quality are regularly exceeded, especially in big cities. Heavy traffic, industry and agriculture significantly increase the concentration of particulate matter. To let you know when the air quality is poor, the particulate meter's wireless sensor takes precise measurements of two types of particulate matter that can be harmful to your health: Particles with a diameter of less than 10 μm (PM10) and less than 2.5 μm (PM2.5). The excellent sensor made by the renowned Swiss manufacturer Sensirion guarantees very precise measurement results. Thus, the particulate meter is also the perfect source of information for people with allergies in order to keep an eye on the pollen count. A pipe clamp and screws for the attachment at poles (pipe diameter of about 25-33 mm) as well as a stand are included.
