Designed for children aged 8 and above, this entry-level set includes a BRESSER JUNIOR telescope and a BRESSER JUNIOR microscope. It also comes with a wide range of accessories for exploring the microcosmos and night sky.
The BRESSER JUNIOR microscope features an LED transmitted light illuminator and a 40x to 640x magnification. These magnifications allows you to observe paramecium or microorganisms from a pond.
What is transmitted light?
Transmitted light means that the light source is behind and shines through the observed sample, rather than illuminating the sample from above. This requires the use of particularly thin specimens.
To avoid time-consuming preparatory work, the set comes with a wide range of accessories so that you can start observing straight away. Das BRESSER JUNIOR Mikroskop verfügt über eine LED Durchlichtbeleuchtung und eine 40-fache bis 640-fache Vergrößerung. Mit diesen Vergrößerungen kannst du zum Beispiel Pantoffeltierchen oder Mikroorganismen aus dem Teich beobachten.
Aber was bedeutet Durchlicht überhaupt?
Durchlicht bedeutet, dass bei diesem Mikroskoptyp die zu beobachtende Probe nicht von oben beleuchtet wird, sondern die Lichtquelle hinter der Probe liegt und durch diese hindurch scheint. Daher werden besonders dünn geschnittene Präparate benötigt.
Doch keine Sorge vor langen Vorbereitungen, denn hierfür wird dir ein umfangreiches Zubehörpaket mitgeliefert, mit dem du direkt loslegen kannst. Die schon fertigen Dauerpräparate kannst du sofort unter das Mikroskop legen und beobachten. Wenn du etwas anderes Spannendes untersuchen möchtest, kannst du mit dem Mikroskopierbesteck ganz einfach selber Präparate herstellen.
Für Brillenträger gibt es am Okular umstülpbare Gummiaugenmuscheln. Ein großer Vorteil ist der Batteriebetrieb und das geringe Gewicht, damit du es überall mitnehmen kannst.
Das BRESSER JUNIOR Teleskop ist ideal für deine ersten astronomischen Entdeckungen und durch das leichte Gewicht sowie der kompakten Größe, einfach zu transportieren. Das Teleskop kannst du bequem in einer kleinen Tragetasche oder einem Rucksack verstauen. Um das Teleskop sicher überall aufstellen zu können, wird dir ein Tischstativ mitgeliefert. Damit du das Teleskop auch am Tag nutzen kannst, lässt es sich zu einem Fernrohr umbauen. Dazu lässt du einfach den Zenitspiegel und das Okular weg.
Das Linsenteleskop wird mit zwei Okularen geliefert und ermöglicht so, eine wahlweise 20-fache und 32-fache Vergrößerung, durch das 12,5 mm und 20 mm Okular. Du kannst mit dieser Vergrößerung schon beeindruckende Mondkrater, Sternbilder und Saturnringe bestens erkennen. Außerdem besitzt das Teleskop einen integrierten Kompass. Mit dem ebenfalls mitgelieferten Zenitspiegel, hast du einen bequemen Einblick durch das Teleskop.

Nexcope NIB620 professional, inverted laboratory microscope with phase contrast

Inverted microscopes are primarily used for inspecting cultures. The NEXCOPE NIB620 is the ideal professional microscope for this purpose.
The specimen is illuminated from above and inspected from underneath. This inverted design enables microscopy of plankton, microalgae and cell cultures. This allows cell cultures to be examined directly in the culture vessel without taking samples.
This special microscope can be used in a wide range of applications, such as water management agencies, research institutes and universities, human and veterinary medicine, agriculture, marine biology, limnology and aquaculture.
The inverted design prevents the lenses from coming into contact with the fluid. The specimen does not need to be covered, and the coating thickness is irrelevant. Culture vessels require a base thickness of 1.2 mm.
The integrated display informs you at any time about the selected magnification and the status of the illumination as well as the sleep mode. The brightness can be programmed for each objective so that there is no need to readjust when changing magnification and the user is not blinded.
OBJECTIVESThe NEXCOPE NIB620 microscope is equipped with a quintuple nosepiece. One planachromatic 4x objective, and one each of 10x, 20x and 40x planachromatic phase contrast objectives are included. The condenser has a numerical aperture (N.A.) of 0.3 and an extra-long working distance.
EYEPIECESThe eyepieces have a 22 mm field of view. Thus you achieve a very large field of view. The high eyepiece head is ideal for spectacle wearers. A rubber edge protects against scratches on contact. A diopter compensation of -5 to +5 can be set individually for each eyepiece.
The interpupillary distance can be adjusted between 48 mm and 75 mm. You can adjust the angle of the binocular part according to your posture and physique.
ILLUMINATIONThe powerful 3 W LED has an adjustable brightness and provides the best possible illumination. The brightness can be adjusted individually for each objective. When an objective is changed, the NEXCOPE NIB620 automatically adjusts the previous brightness settings. The display shows the currently selected objective and the current brightness. The adjustment-free condenser enables quick readiness for use. The condenser can be removed for bright field observations in order to create more free space.
MECHANICS In addition to the coarse focus, the fine focus helps to render a very sharp image of the object. A full turn of the fine focus moves the stage up/down by 0.2 mm. On the right side, fine focus can be done with one finger. The friction of the coarse focus can also be adjusted. The fine focus knobs are held in place magnetically and can be replaced as needed. The cross stage offers the possibility to insert different holders. For example, you can insert slides or petri dishes. The microscope can also be operated without the cross stage. This creates a large, flat surface.
CAMERA CONNECTION The NEXCOPE NIB620 is specially designed for use with c-mount cameras. You can choose from two different adapters, depending on the sensor size:0.5x C-mount adapter for sensor sizes up to 2/3’’1x C-mount adapter for sensor sizes of 1’’A corresponding 1x c-mount camera adapter is included in the scope of delivery. The camera connection is on the side and has a rod between visual observation and camera (100/0 or 0/100).
