Whether for school, university, or a hobby, the high-quality BRESSER Biorit SE 1600x Microscope is perfect for a wide range of applications. Thanks to the optional battery operation, it’s also portable. The adjustable LED lighting of the Biorit SE 1600x ensures ideal illumination, with separate controls for both transmitted and incident light, allowing you to dim each light independently.

The microscope offers a magnification range of 40x to 1600x, and the 2x Barlow lens allows for additional zooming. Precise observations are supported by the coarse and fine focus adjustments. To protect your samples, the 40x objective lens is spring-loaded. The colour filter wheel makes it easy to highlight different details of your samples.

With a modern design and a rear-facing revolving nosepiece, the microscope is extremely user-friendly. The Biorit SE 1600x also features a 360° rotatable monocular viewing head, and it can be powered via a computer or power bank (not included) using the included USB cable and power adapter.

To help you get started right away, the microscope comes with 5 prepared slides and blank slides for your own samples. The smartphone camera holder lets you easily take photos and videos through the eyepiece. For more precise positioning, you can upgrade the microscope with an optional cross table (not included).

At the BRESSER Science IVM 401, the usual direction of illumination and observation is inverted: One illuminates the sample from above and observes it from below. This type allows for the microscopy of sediments and transparent living organisms, which are found at the bottom of a liquid medium. The NIB 630 is the flagship of the NIB600 series of inverted microscopes. With such an inverted design, the device enables the microscopy of plankton, microalgae and cell cultures. Cell cultures can be examined directly in the culture vessel without taking samples. For particularly easy sample handling, it is equipped with a tiltable lighting unit. This means that even tall vessels can be placed comfortably without bumping against the lighting unit. The microscope head is equipped with a height-adjustable ergo viewing head. This allows users of different heights to adjust the microscope to a comfortable and ergonomic viewing height with a single hand movement. This special microscope is used in water management offices, research institutes and universities, in human and veterinary medicine, agriculture, marine biology, limnology, aquaculture and many more. The integrated display informs you at any time about the selected magnification and the status of the illumination as well as the ECO mode.
