The perfect LED head torch for nighttime observations!
Adjusting your eyes to the dark surroundings is very important when making astronomical observations.
In dark areas, it is very difficult to use astronomical equipment without a suitable light.
With normal lights, however, the light intensity is more important than protecting your eyes against bright light.
Using these lights at night makes your pupils contract, which can make it difficult for your eyes to readjust to the darkness.
The SG-L01, our first astronomy LED lamp, featured a built-in red LED that provided a solution to this problem.
However, the red light did not offer optimal visibility. On our new astronomy LED light, the SG-L02, the LED lights produce warm light to improve visibility.
They also ensure that your eyes stay adapted to the dark.
The LEDs do not emit light in the sensitive range of 555 nm.
The brightness of the white light can be adjusted between 3 and 42 lumen, while the red light can be adjusted between 0.28 and 7.62 lumen.
FEATURES
Dimmable red light ensures that your eyes stay adapted to the dark

The integrated camera supports high resolutions that capture even the finest details in distant galaxies and nebulae.
Focus on the Essentials
The Seestar S50 features an integrated filter change mechanism that can be controlled via the app. By default, the UV/IR-CUT filter is used, eliminating unwanted infrared and ultraviolet light while allowing the crucial H-alpha emission nebula band for astronomical photography to pass through. This results in more contrast-rich images of many deep-sky objects.
Automatic Image Stacking for Razor-Sharp Shots
The Seestar S50 uses the stacking method for creating astrophotos. Multiple individual images are combined or "stacked" in real-time to form a new image. The final image becomes sharper and more detailed as more individual images are combined. Experience how a galaxy millions of light-years away takes shape before your eyes, revealing more details with each passing minute. The result is exceptionally clear images that reveal the depths of space with impressive detail.
For Stacking Pros Too
Already familiar with stacking and prefer to do the image processing yourself? No problem – the Seestar saves each individual image in RAW format in its internal storage on request.

This reflecting telescope shows not only the big planets, but also bright deep-sky objects when you are observing under dark skies. Fully equipped, and with a mount that is easy to use, this telescope is ideal for a beginner that has no astronomical knowledge, but wants to immerse him or herself in space. Explore the moons and cloud bands of Jupiter or the majestic rings of Saturn, or find other galaxies, star clusters and nebula on a moonless night. Please note: Reflector telescopes with optical design “Newton” are very good for astronomical observing at the starry night sky. But these telescopes are not well usable for observing landscape and nature during daylight. Therefore we suggest refractor (lens) telescopes for landscape and nature observing. The 90/900 refractor telescope is a classic achromatic refractor and can be used for either astronomy or nature observations (e.g. of wild animals). The long focal length (900 mm) makes the telescope a specialist for observing the Moon, planets and bright objects outside our solar system. Would you like to go on a night walk and experience something out of this world? With a lens aperture of 60 mm this 60/700 refractor telescope already collects about 30 percent more light than a telescope with 50 mm aperture. The 60/700 already allows for higher magnifications – ideal to investigate in details like lunar craters. An additional finder scope mounted on the telescope makes it easier to locate objects in the sky. With the erecting eyepiece even during the day many exciting things in the surrounding can be observed. Due to the height adjustable tripod, the telescope can be brought to the right height for small or tall observers. The supplied diagonal mirror ensures comfortable viewing.Field of Application: At night the moon and planets like Saturn and Jupiter may be explored. But also impressive sparkling star clusters like the Pleiades impress young and old stargazers. With the included erecting eyepiece it is possible to get an unreversed, upright image, for example, for observation of nature during the day. Special features: Ultra light: The complete instrument with tripod weighs less than 2 kg! Thus, it can also be set up by young researchers themselves, at any time on the balcony or in the garden.

The BRESSER Venus 76/700 AZ reflecting telescope allows beginners to experience their very own stargazing hours quickly and easily. With the complete set, you are equipped with everything you need for your very own sky observations: an astronomical reflecting telescope with 76 mm aperture and 700 mm focal length, an azimuthal mount, a tripod as well as extensive accessories. And to guarantee a successful start in astronomy, the system is very easy to handle – the perfect first telescope for beginners!
Established technology for your easy start – the telescope
With this entry-level telescope, you will be able to admire the night sky through a classic Newtonian reflector. A little surprising for astronomy novices: with this particular type, you do not look in at the back of the telescope, but at the front and laterally. The advantage: even if the telescope aperture is directed vertically towards the sky, you can make your discoveries very comfortably. No need to bend down! In addition, the Newtonian reflector is very easy to use. The optics in this type of reflector telescopes are also impressive, because they are free of chromatic aberrations – resulting in good imaging properties at all times.
A sharp image with good contrast – the Venus reflector telescope achieves this with its large focal ratio of about 1 to 9.2 (F/9.2 – calculated from 76 mm aperture and 700 mm focal length). Thanks to its long focal length, the telescope for beginners shows you the Moon, Sun, planets, open star clusters as well as globular clusters in a particularly impressive way. And all this at a magnification of up to 150x in really sharp images! Technically, you can magnify even higher – theoretically up to 525x while using the included accessories. However, as the magnification increases, the sharpness of the image may slowly decrease. Of course, how much you can magnify depends not only on the resolving power of your telescope. The air turbulence in the atmosphere (seeing conditions) also plays an important role.
Note for nature lovers:
If you choose a Newtonian telescope like the Venus reflector telescope, you can look forward to a specialist in astronomical observation. However, the image is always displayed laterally reversed as well as upside down, which makes no difference when observing the sky. However, this type of telescope is less suitable for nature and landscape observation during the day. Would you like to use your new telescope for exciting nature discoveries as well? Then we recommend that you choose one of the BRESSER refractor telescopes.
A good foundation for a successful start – mount and tripod
The height-adjustable aluminium tripod and the azimuthal mount provide a firm footing and easy celestial navigation. Especially the azimuthal mount makes life easy for beginners, because it is very user-friendly: just like a typical photo tripod, you turn the telescope by hand to the left and right, up and down. This way, your favourite celestial objects quickly appear in your field of vision. Handy: to ensure that your astronomy accessories are always within reach, there is a storage plate between the tripod legs.
Everything that goes with it – the accessories
Out of the box straight to the fun of observing – with the complete astronomy set, you are quickly on your way to discovering the universe. The LED viewfinder helps you keep an eye on the sky. You just mount the direction finder parallel to the actual telescope and it projects a red dot onto a small ground-glass screen. This then appears to be hovering in front of the sky when you look through the viewfinder. And it does so at exactly the same spot that your telescope is pointed at. This way, the LED finder helps you to align the reflector telescope precisely and to find the celestial objects more easily.
When it comes to the level of detail in your observations, the Venus beginner's reflector telescope gives you a choice: the two included eyepieces (4 mm and 20 mm) allow you two different magnifications. You want to get an even closer look? Then simply triple the magnification of the eyepieces with the 3x Barlow lens. In addition, the socket diameter of 31.7 mm (1.25 inch) complies with an international and manufacturer-independent standard. So you can easily expand your set – and with it your astronomical horizon.
If you want to observe fascinating sights not only at night but also during the day, simply grab the solar filter. With it, you can safely admire spots and granulation on our nearest star – the Sun.
CAUTION: Never point the telescope at the Sun without the solar filter!
A new hobby leads to new impressions – and naturally you want to capture and share those. Therefore, you can easily use your mobile phone for your first steps into astrophotograpy with the smartphone adapter. Perfect for great snapshots of the Moon or the Sun, for example.
Look forward to exciting astronomical discoveries by day and night – with the BRESSER Venus 76/700 AZ reflector telescope.

60 Years BRESSER 1957-2017 Anniversary Edition - BRESSER Classic long focal length Refractor telescopesObserving the night sky through the BRESSER Classic telescope like Galilieo Galilei or Joseph von Fraunhofer centuries ago is a very special experience. Gaze at the craters of the moon or detect the rings of Saturn with your BRESSER Classic. The telescope is equipped with an alt-azimuth mount and provides exquisite views onto the surface of earth's neighbour, the moon. The sharp optics and low weight of the BRESSER Classic make it a versatile beginner's telescope for the young and young at heart astro amateur. The classical lens system with a diameter of 60mm and a focal length of 900 mm yields excellent image quality. The alt-azimuth mounting with vertical adjustment and rugged aluminium tripod perfectly round off this beginner's set. With the including smartphone camera holder you are able to capture your observation objects and share it with your friends, family etc. The alt-azimuth mount of this refractor telescope ensures an easy and quick introduction to astronomy. This telescope is particularly suited to observing celestial bodies in our solar system such as the moon or the nearer planets. Observing the stars like a professional - very easy with the BRESSER JUNIOR refractor telescope 70/700 EL. It is a complete system for the exploration of the wonders of the universe, consisting of telescope, mount, tripod and all accessories needed. With an aperture of 70 mm it reveils already many details of celestial objects. The mount can not only swing the telescope left / right and up / down, it can also be used in a so-called equatorial mode, as scientists do in their observatories (see further under Special features). An additional finder scope mounted on the telescope is useful for locating celestial objects. With the erecting lens many exciting things in the environment can also be seen during daytime. With the height-adjustable tripod, the telescope can each be brought to an optimal height for large or small observers. The supplied diagonal mirror ensures a comfortable viewing. At night the moon and planets may like Saturn and Jupiter can be explored. But thanks to the 70 mm wide aperture of the telescope also many celestial objects outside our solar system are within the reach of this telescope. Star clusters many light years away and nebula impress young and old stargazers. SPECIAL FEATURESMounting with wedge: At first glance, the NG mount of the refractor telescope 90/700 NG is a very ordinary azimuth mount: an axis for left / right and one for up / down, as we know it from normal camera tripods. This mode makes sense especially with observations during the day. With the built-in wedge it can be tilted, so the whole mount can be converted to an equatorial mount for astronomy with a single operation. For use of the equatorial mount an axis is aligned with the North Star. When tracking a celestial object only a single axis needs to be moved, which clearly is a relief compared to tracking an object on the night sky with mounts that only have left / right and up / down axis. This telescope set has everything that you need for hobby astronomy.
It includes a telescope, a mount with automatic tracking, a tripod and eyepieces.
Featuring the STARBOOK TEN control system, the telescope locates celestial objects automatically so that you don’t need to search for them manually.
Even if you’re not an expert, you can still give your friends an exciting tour through the night sky!
The SXD 2 mount in detail
With a combination of the best features from the Sphinx series and the all-new STAR BOOK TEN manual control, Vixen has developed a new generation of SX mounts for demanding observers and astrophotographers.
The SXD2 mount comes with the new STAR BOOK TEN control and can be operated manually or with a computer.
Featuring the same precision stepper motors as the top-of-the range AXD mount, the SXD2 sets a new standard for performance in the Vixen mount range. Compared with the SX mounts, the SXD2 has a quieter tracking system, and the increased precision of the motors provides better performance for the long exposure times used in astrophography.
Precision stepper motors and micro-step motion control system
The star feature of the SXD2 is the precision stepper motors, which offer better performance and responsiveness than previous models. The micro-step motion control system has powerful yet very quiet drive characteristics that offer both fine control and quick swivel movements.
Built-in bearings
The bearings of the RA and DEC axles and the worm shafts were significantly improved in order to reduce the load on the motors. The motors are much quieter than those on previous models.
Robust RA and DEC axles
High-precision and thick steel shafts in RA and DEC increase the robustness of the SXD2 mount.
High-precision worm gears
High-precision processing technologies were used to rectify problems with the worm gear. The edges of both worms and worm gears are particularly smooth, which enables them to deliver very high precision.
Declination axis functions as counterweight
The sturdy motor units are located in the lower section of the declination axis to ensure that the SDX2’s centre of gravity is below the intersection of the RA and DEC axis. As a result, fewer additional counterweights are required.
The SD115S in detail
The ED81SII, ED103S and ED115S refractors were originally designed for visual observers or photographers with an APS-C camera. The new SD series features new inner panels which are optimised for full-frame cameras and illuminates images with a frame size of 44 mm.
The SD 115 ED refractor is the largest refractor in the Vixen range.
Thanks to the FPL-53 lens, it offers an extremely high contrast and sharpness.
This type of lens produces true colour and high-contrast images.
Another advantage of the SD refractors is their very short length and lightweight design.

A new 81 mm apochromatic refractor with high-performance Super ED glass (= SD). The advantage of these SD refractors is their short length and low weight. The FPL53 glass reproduces an extremely clear and sharp image due to an exceptionally high elimination of residual colour errors. The SD glass is designed to bring all rays of violet, red, blue, yellow and green together very precisely on the same plane. Thus, the special lens material reduces chromatic aberration across all colours. The new Vixen SD81SII no longer uses spacer plates, which leads to significantly better image quality, especially with bright stars. This means that there are no more spikes on the stars in photographic images, which were otherwise produced by the spacer plates. You will be thrilled when you look at the moon or the brighter planets and observe the moon craters pin sharp and with an extremely high contrast. Observe the ring planet Saturn or the cloud bands on Jupiter. But of course, brighter deep sky objects such as the Orion Nebula or the Andromeda Galaxy can also be observed impressively. In combination with the new optional SD Reducer HD Kit or SD Flattener HD, this refractor allows illumination with a 44 mm image circle for full-frame SLR cameras. The older ED81SII, ED103S, ED115S refractors were originally designed for the visual observer or the photographer using APS-C cameras. However, the new SD series has been optimised for use with full-frame cameras by inserting new inner baffle rings. The large 60 mm focuser allows heavy cameras to be attached without tilting. The supplied flip mirror allows comfortable observation, even in unfavourable observation situations, and also offers a T2 thread for connecting a DSLR camera. Thus, observing in degree view or at a 90° angle is possible.
